At Printing n Publishing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the return and refund policy carefully, as our products are made to order and policies vary by product type.


Returns & Refunds for Books

Printed Books

Because printed books are produced on demand, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Refund if:

  • The book arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong book or incorrect order

Not Eligible for Return or Refund if:

  • You ordered the wrong book or format

  • Minor color or print variations occur

  • Damage is caused after delivery

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after approval.

E-Books

  • All e-book sales are final.

  • Due to the digital nature of e-books, returns or refunds are not available once the file has been delivered.


Returns & Refunds for Custom Apparel (Print on Demand)

(Custom T-shirts, caps, hats, and other customized apparel)

Because all apparel items are custom printed, returns are accepted only in specific cases.

Eligible for Return or Refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order

Not Eligible for Return or Refund if:

  • Incorrect size or color was selected by the customer

  • Design or customization errors were provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear after use

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

  3. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by Printing n Publishing.

  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
