Ordering Questions

Q3: How do I place an order for a book?
A: Browse our catalog, select the book format (paperback, hardcover, or e-book), add it to your cart, and checkout. For publishing your own book, submit your manuscript and cover details at checkout.

Q4: How do I order custom apparel?
A: Select the apparel type (T-shirt, cap, hat, etc.), upload your design, choose size and color, and proceed to checkout.

Q5: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled before printing or shipping. Contact us immediately if you need changes.


Shipping Questions

Q6: How long does shipping take for books?
A:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Q7: How long does shipping take for custom apparel?
A:

  • USA: 4–8 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Q8: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.


Returns & Refunds

Q9: Can I return a book or apparel item?
A:

  • Books: Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return. E-books are non-refundable.

  • Custom Apparel: Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items are eligible for return. Customizations cannot be returned for general reasons.

Q10: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.


Technical & Digital

Q11: I purchased an e-book but didn’t receive it. What should I do?
A: Check your email (including spam/junk folder). If you still can’t find it, contact us at printingnpublishingstore@gmail.com.

Q12: Can I download my e-book on multiple devices?
A: Yes, once you have received the e-book file, it can be used on multiple devices for personal use.

Q13: Can I request a special design for apparel?
A: Absolutely! Upload your artwork or text during the order process. If you need help with design specifications, contact our support team.

Q14: Are there any limitations on custom designs?
A: Custom designs must not violate copyright or contain inappropriate content.
